Delivery Info & Shipping Fee
The shipping fee for your order is automatically calculated based on the destination delivery address using the following shipping rates. All flowers are delivered via ground shipping by a Florabella delivery agent to the recipient's address.
- FREE DELIVERY within Metro Manila
- Outside Metro Manila recipients: US$30.00
Philippine Delivery
- In the Philippines, we deliver flowers and specialty gifts within and outside Metro Manila.
- For same-day delivery to Metro Manila Philippines, please place your orders by 11 am.
- For deliveries outside Metro Manila, please allow two (2) days advance notice.
- During the holidays, we would appreciate more time to facilitate both local and long distance orders.
Delivery Cancellation
- To provide you with the best service possible, we allow you to cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order.
- Florabella guarantees fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and top-quality specialty gifts that the recipient is sure to enjoy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time of delivery, please contact us by e-mail at sales@florabella.com.ph.
Online Floral Displays
- In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
- If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used, especially for out-of-town deliveries.
