Terms and Conditions of Payment

  • Metro Manila Periphery: Add US$8.00
  • Philippine Provinces: Add US$20.00

Upon your purchase, Florabella will deliver your fresh flowers free of charge to your recipient within Metro Manila; with an additional US$8.00 to the outskirts of Metro Manila; and with an additional US$20.00 to the provinces of the Philippines. Service fulfillment will be carried out by a first-class door-to-door service using our own delivery vans.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery

To qualify for a purchase, the customer must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The sender/buyer must agree that the delivery details and address that he/she provided as point of delivery and billing are all truthful and correct.

2. Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.

3. Florabella has the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details inputted by the client but is under no lawful obligation to do so.

4. In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, Florabella has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.

5. If we did not deliver the flowers on the date requested and confirmed by us, we will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but is under no lawful obligation to do so.

6. If the product is not delivered, we will replace the ordered product with one of the same value.

7. Upon ordering and placing a desired delivery date, the sender will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been processed. If for any reason, we can not meet the desired delivery date, we will inform the client through this e-mail.

8. Florabella acts only as florist and shall not accept responsibility for damages, delays, and losses caused by reason of default, force majeure, typhoon, flood or other events beyond our control. Every right is reserved by us to make such alterations as may be necessary due to unavoidable circumstances.

9. If the delivery was received and signed upon inspection, it is confirmed that our delivered product was in excellent condition. We are not going to entertain any refund or discount to conform to any company's policies.
